Angela on Legends
Angela Manfredi
Weekdays 2-5pm
Angela Manfredi comes to Legends 100.3FM with more than 25 years of broadcast experience. You’ll recognize Angela’s voice from her “Love Stories and Songs” segment each Tuesday morning during The Morning Lounge with Jill and Rich and as a fill-in host for both The Morning Lounge and Dick Robinson’s American Standards by the Sea.
Angela’s first on-air position was that of traffic reporter in the Palm Beaches (which Angela credits for her excellent direction-giving skills.) From there, Angela’s career path included producing and hosting duties at WXEL, PBS and NPR for South Florida, and hosting special programming for PBS on a national level. Previously, Angela was a reporter at WPBF, the West Palm Beach ABC affiliate and was a red carpet correspondent in Hollywood for a decade.
Angela’s connection to the Great American Songbook began at a young age when Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers movies – along with other fabulous films – were constants in her childhood home. Angela thanks her beloved parents for instilling a love for the music of this era as well as her passion for ballroom dancing.
